Clematis x cartmanii 'Joe' is an award-winning dwarf clematis boasting an abundance of small, dazzling white blooms with soft-yellow stamens in April and May, completely smothering its fine, waxy evergreen foliage. Clematis 'Joe' requires free draining soil and will need sheltering from cold winds so is best grown in a patio pot and over winter moved to a sheltered spot. Maximum height and spread: 2m (79in) x 50cm (20in).
